These terms cover your use of GC In My Pocket — the app, the website, and the remodel spreadsheet templates. By using them, you agree to what's below. We've kept it plain.

What GC In My Pocket is — and isn't

GC In My Pocket is a planning and organizing tool. It is not a licensed contractor, lender, inspector, attorney, or tax advisor, and it does not give professional construction, legal, or financial advice. Always verify with the professionals you hire and your local building department before making decisions or spending money.

Your account

Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Your card isn't charged until the trial ends, then it's billed yearly.
• Cancel any time from the customer portal. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
• Founding seats are free for 6 months with no credit card. Nothing auto-charges you — if you want to continue afterward, that's your choice.

Templates

The spreadsheet templates are one-time purchases for your own planning and record-keeping. They're delivered as a download right after payment. Because they're digital files delivered instantly, they generally aren't refundable — but if a file won't download or isn't what was described, email us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Please use GC In My Pocket for its intended purpose and don't misuse it — no breaking the law, infringing others' rights, or trying to disrupt the service.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep things accurate and available, but the product is provided "as is." Cost ranges and bid checks are estimates to help you plan — they're not promises of a final price. To the extent the law allows, GC In My Pocket isn't liable for losses that result from relying on the tool in place of professional advice.

Changes
